Stephen Reichert’s works of multidisciplinary painting and drawing are held in private, corporate, and public collections, both nationally and abroad. Recent exhibition locations include solo shows at Hancock Solar Gallery, Co_Lab, Baltimore City Hall, and Sotheby’s Roland Park Gallery; and group shows at Ellington-White Contemporary, Gardiner Gallery of Art (Oklahoma State University), American Visionary Art Museum, Arts Fort Worth, University of Maryland, Cabrillo Gallery, National Art League, Cerulean Arts Gallery, Waterloo Arts Gallery, Area 405, Sebastopol Center for the Arts, MAP (Maryland Art Place), Abington Art Center, Goucher College Rosenberg Gallery, NASA Goddard Space Flight Center and others. Reichert has been invited to lecture, host events, been interviewed or a panel member at Artomatic (DC), Baltimore Museum of Art, CAM Raleigh, Creative Alliance, Johns Hopkins University, Old Dominion University, The Walters Art Museum, University of Colorado Denver, University of Florida, University of Virginia, Western Illinois University and others; and his work was recently featured in a course at Loyola College. He has degrees from Trinity College and the University of Maryland, and has studied painting, aesthetics, and other artistic disciplines. He is the founder and editor of the poetry magazine Smartish Pace, plays in the band Heavy Letdown, is an owner of Baseball Prospectus, and lives in Baltimore.
